These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the hibaij platform and all of its services. hibaij ("we", "the platform") is an online betting and lottery service provider operating for users in Bangladesh.

By accessing hibaij, registering, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. hibaij reserves the right to make the final decision in any dispute.

To open an account and use services on hibaij, the following conditions must be met:

• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

All betting activity on hibaij is conducted in accordance with clearly defined rules. It is the member's responsibility to thoroughly read the specific rules for the relevant sport or event before placing a bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — this applies to in-play bets as well.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, hibaij reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Any bets identified as involving suspicious betting patterns or match-fixing will be voided.
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and market — the limits shown on the platform apply.

For any dispute regarding event outcomes, hibaij considers the official result or announcement by a recognized authority to be final.

Hibaij supports Bangladesh's major mobile banking methods for deposits and withdrawals. All payment processing is fully secure and encrypted.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳ 200 | Maximum Deposit: Varies by account level.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳ 300 | Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳ 1,00,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically 30 minutes to 24 hours is processed within.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
• Additional documents may be requested for verification in the case of suspicious transactions.

Hibaij offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms, which are detailed on the offer page.

• Bonuses can only be claimed once — using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Hibaij reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be suspended immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hibaij and will result in immediate action:

• Using multiple accounts or accessing another person's account.
• Registering with a fake identity or using someone else's identity.
• Using bots, automation, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to breach or compromise the platform's systems or security.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other members.

If such activity is detected, the account in question may be suspended, the balance forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.

Hibaij's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with specific benefits and responsibilities.

• VIP tier is determined based on monthly betting volume.
• Tier reassessment takes place on the 1st of each month based on the previous month's performance.
• Cashback is credited to your account automatically every Monday.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply to the registered account only.
• Violating VIP terms will result in tier removal and the forfeiture of all associated benefits.

The hibaij lottery is conducted in a fully fair and transparent manner. Draws are completed using a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).

• The date and time of each lottery draw are announced in advance.
• Results cannot be changed once a draw has been completed.
• Prizes not claimed within 72 hours of the draw will be carried over to the next draw.
• Identity verification is mandatory for large prize claims.
• A member may purchase any number of tickets for a single draw — if a limit applies, it will be displayed.

Hibaij takes responsible gaming seriously. We want every member to enjoy the platform safely and within their limits.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• If needed, you can voluntarily pause your account for anywhere between 1 day and 6 months.
• If signs of addiction are identified, members may request permanent closure of their account.
• Hibaij actively verifies the age of users to prevent access by anyone under 18.

Hibaij may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If the terms and conditions are violated.
• If identity verification is not completed or false information is found.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Due to legal obligations or security reasons.
• At the member's own request.

Before an account is closed, members will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance, unless that balance has been forfeited due to a terms violation.

Hibaij provides its services on an "as is" basis. Our liability is limited in certain respects:

• Hibaij is not liable for cancelled or delayed bets resulting from technical errors or loss of internet connection.
• Hibaij does not accept full liability for transaction delays caused by issues with third-party payment providers.
• Hibaij is not liable if services are disrupted due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.
• Hibaij will not be held liable for any account losses resulting from a member's negligence or sharing of their password.

Hibaij reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. It's a good habit to check this page regularly.
